Information on student fees
King’s College London has partnered with Convera, a leading specialist in global payment solutions to facilitate the process of your refund.
In order to process your refund, we will have to pass some information on to Convera, with the understanding that they keep this information confidential.
Before we can proceed you are required to complete the 'Strike Action Student Claim Form' from Student Conduct and Appeals by following the link on your outcome, completing questions 1, 2, 7 and 8 to agree to the transfer of data to Convera and to accept in full and final settlement, in order to process the payment to the bank account.
Once you complete the above, you will be sent an email from Convera containing a unique URL link to their website for you to enter your bank details in a secure manner. The email will be received within a few working days, but often much sooner.
Please ensure that you monitor your spam/junk mail folders
Enter your bank details in the secure Convera portal (if you have provided the details previously, then please check and amend where necessary, ensuring the task is completed)
Once completed, King's College London, credit control department will then be automatically notified by Convera that you have provided your bank details.
Credit control will request Convera to complete the payment transfer to your bank account and once completed you will be sent an email to notify you accordingly.
Please allow 20 working days for the payment to be processed, once Convera have received your bank account details.
