This form is to be used where you have received a tuition fee invoice and you believe you have been incorrectly changed Goods and Services Tax (GST).

You may believe you have been charged too little or too much.

The GST is based on a number of factors in the system, one of which is your term time contact address, and the associated country.

If you moved countries prior to the period of study the invoice covers and believe the invoice is incorrectly reflecting your GST liability, then you should update your term time contact address in your Student Records Portal.

You must then complete this form which enables you to provide evidence that you changed your address prior to the period of study the invoice covers, for the Credit Control team to review.

If you moved after the period of study began then your request for a revised invoice will not be considered.

Providing evidence of an address change

Acceptable forms of proof are:

  • bank/credit card statement
  • phone bill
  • utility bill (electricity/gas)
  • internet bill

This proof must be in your name and less than a month old.
