King’s College London have partnered with Convera to provide students with an online payment platform to pay their tuition and/or residence fees.

Please be aware that Convera are unable to accept any payments where:

1. The student or the payer is currently resident in any of the list of sanctioned countries/regions.
2. The payment is originating from any of the list of sanctioned countries/regions.
3. the student or payer are on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs) sanctions list.

If both the student and the payer is not residing in any of the above countries/regions and the payment is not originating from any of the above countries/regions, then you should make the payment via the Global Pay for Students platform.

If you and/or the payer is residing in one of the above countries and/or the payment is originating from one of the above countries, then you must contact King's for further instructions on how to proceed.

Who do I contact?

Before the University can provide you with further instructions, we must undertake compliance checks on both the student and payer (if different) before payment is initiated. It is extremely important that you do not initiate payment until you are advised to do so as your payment may otherwise be rejected causing you financial loss due to bank charges and exchange rate movements and delays to meeting your fee deadline.

You must provide the following information accurately and to the best of your knowledge.

Please note that validation checks will also be undertaken once payment is received and if the details provided do not match, then the payment maybe returned back to source. This may in turn result in financial loss to you or the third party, which the college accept no responsibility for.
