Visa guidance at King's

We offer visa advice and guidance to students who are thinking of coming to King’s, those who already have an offer to study with us and current King's students. Our team help you navigate the UK visa landscape by providing advice on getting a student visa, changing a visa and managing other personal circumstances that may impact your visa status. We also offer advice about visa options after you have completed your studies.

What to do next if you’ve had a visa application refused.

Drop-in sessions

Enrolled students can come to a campus drop-ins. Please bear in mind that these are quick sessions that might need further follow-up. Mondays, 13.00–15.00 Wednesdays, 13.00–15.00 There will be no drop-in session on Monday August 25 due to the August Bank Holiday. Drop-in sessions take place in the Strand Student Centre on Floor 4, Bush House North West.

Quick Queries for new Students

From 15th to 26th September advisers will be located next to ID card collection on Strand campus to support new students with quick queries. If you need more detailed support, advisers will let you know and ensure you are booked in for a confidential appointment.

Our Q&A sessions are a chance for you to ask quick questions to one of our advisers. These are open group sessions, so other students may be on the call too. You can ask your question by raising your hand and speaking, or by using the chat. Feel free to stay for the whole session or just join to ask your question and leave afterward. All workshops and events are only for students who intend to study at King's or are already enrolled with us.
