How to apply

**Important information for all students wishing to study, undertake research, or work abroad in 2021/22 can be found in this Student Services Online article**

Further information for current King's students looking to apply for study abroad opportunities, can be found on our how to apply pages on King's College London's internal website.

Any student interested in studying abroad in term-time or during the summer should attend briefings that are specifically organised for this. Most briefings will occur in November during Go Global, though students studying abroad in semester two will have their briefings in February/March.

Semester/Full Year Study Abroad:

  • Students wanting to study abroad for the semester/full year can find out when and where they can study abroad on our 'Where can I go? By Department' page

  • Applications to study abroad for Semester one/Full year usually open November. Deadlines can be found on our internal page

  • Applications to study abroad for Semester two usually open March. Deadlines can be found on our internal page 

Global Summer Exchange: 

  • Students wanting to study abroad for the summer can find out what their options on our Global Summer Experiences page

  • There are 3 rounds of applications; students will need to check the internal page to determine the deadlines relating to the locations within these rounds.
