The Specialist Community Public Health Visiting Postgraduate Diploma course offers the professional qualification for NMC-registered nurses (level 1) and midwives who wish to gain entry to the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing part of the National Midwifery Council (NMC) register. The new NMC Standards for Post-registration were introduced this year, and we have re-validated this programme with the NMC in line with these standards. We expert to receive final confirmation of NMC approval in July 2024, and will let applicants know once this has been confirmed in writing by the NMC. Applications to our re-validated programmes will open in early June 2024. Interested applicants should connect with their nominated healthcare provider organisation and identify King's College London as their university of choice.
