Chemistry

Students on the MSci Chemistry or the MSci Chemistry with Biomedicine programmes who started their degree in 2022/23 or earlier will have the opportunity to study abroad for either or both of the semesters of their third year. Students on the MSci Chemistry or the MSci Chemistry with Biomedicine programmes who start their degree in 2023/24 or later will have the opportunity to add a study abroad year to their degree, studying abroad for the whole third or fourth year, making it a five year degree. Students starting in 2023/24 or later will also have the option to study abroad for one semester in year 4 (semester 2 only) completing research (assessment to be performed at King’s) instead of studying for credit/grades in either semester 1 or 2 of third year. Students interested in this option should speak to the Chemistry department.
