Assessment methods will depend on the modules selected. Most of the assessments for this programme’s taught modules are coursework, which could involve, for example, individual or group projects, presentations, or case studies. A small number of modules will include an exam.

Course structure

The programmes is divided into modules. You will normally take modules totalling 180 credits to earn a Masters degree.

Application closing date guidance

We encourage you to apply as early as possible so that there is sufficient time for your application to be assessed. We may need to request further information from you during the application process.

There will be five application rounds for the single starting point of October 2026. The deadlines for these application rounds are detailed below; on these dates, the programme will close at 23:59 (UK time).

  • Round 1 Deadline: 31 January 2026
  • Round 2 Deadline: 9 March 2026
  • Round 3 Deadline: 26 May 2026
  • Round 4 Deadline (final application deadline for overseas fee status): 25 July 2026
  • Round 5 Deadline (final application deadline for home fee status): 25 August 2026

If the programme becomes full before the final deadlines stated above, we will close the programme to further applications.
