Visa guidance at King's

We offer visa advice and guidance to students who are thinking of coming to King’s, those who already have an offer to study with us and current King's students. Our team help you navigate the UK visa landscape by providing advice on getting a student visa, changing a visa and managing other personal circumstances that may impact your visa status. We also offer advice about visa options after you have completed your studies.

What to do next if you’ve had a visa application refused.

Drop-in sessions

Enrolled students can come to a campus drop-ins. Please bear in mind that these are quick sessions that might need further follow-up. Mondays, 13.00–15.00 Wednesdays, 13.00–15.00 Drop-in sessions take place in the Strand Student Centre on Floor 4, Bush House North West. Quick Queries for new Students From 15th to 26th September advisers will be located next to ID card collection on Strand campus to support new students with quick queries. If you need more detailed support, advisers will let you know and ensure you are booked in for a confidential appointment. 15th – 26th September 25 Monday to Friday 10am – 12noon Bush House (South) room 2.05 (next to ID Card collection)
