Human Resources Regulations

The Human Resources Regulations, approved by the College Council, cover various human resources processes relating to academic staff. They include regulations pertaining to procedures for discipline, grievance, dismissal, redundancy, incapacity on health grounds, and probation.

The following Regulations are made pursuant to Ordinance E5, Dismissal, Grievance Procedures and Related Matters for Academic Staff, in the College’s Ordinances:
