The residence fees will be itemised on an invoice provided at the start of the agreement. Once the fee invoice has been generated, normally within 7-10 days of your arrival, you will be sent an email notification from the residence team to your college account, to advise you that the invoice is now accessible by logging onto Student Records and clicking on the 'Student Fee Details' link under the 'My Fees' header.
Payment of each instalment is required by the start of each term, on or before the dates set out below:
● 1st Term – 25th October
● 2nd Term – 25th January
● 3rd Term – 5th May
● Summer Extension - 24th June

Term 4 24/Jun/2023 - 19/Aug/2023 8 Weeks
24/Jun/2023 - 09/Sep/2023 11 Weeks

Residence fees for a student whose license agreement commences after the standard terms due date, is payable within 14 days of commencement of the agreement. Subsequent instalments are then payable in accordance with the due dates as specified above. Please note that the invoice is accessible via MyFees on your Student Records portal and is not sent out by post.
