King's College London fully recognises that as a result of COVID-19 you may run into difficulties meeting your tuition and / or residence fee payment deadlines. Where possible and it is evidence based, the Credit Control department will do its best to support you and your family through these difficult times.
If you need the Credit Control Finance department to consider a payment extension or a payment plan, please complete the form below and the department will endeavour to get back to you in 3-5 working days.
Whilst it is important to recognise that the college will not always be able to provide you with terms outside our college regulations, we will look at your request individually and sympathetically, giving consideration to your individual circumstances, the time needed to make payment, your payment history and importantly the evidence you are providing to support your request.
