When To Pay

Tuition Fee Due Dates for 2019/20

UK & EU classified Undergraduates
  • The student will be emailed an invoice within the first two weeks of December. They will also then be able to view and print their invoice by clicking on the "fees page" on their university student records portal
  • Payment of the fees is due in full by the 31st January
  • If you prefer, you can make payment towards your fees before the due date.
Overseas & Post-Graduate classified students
  • The student will be emailed an invoice within the first two weeks of October. They will also then be able to view and print their invoice by clicking on the "fees page" on their university student records portal
  • The invoice will automatically be split into two equal instalments at no extra charge to the student.
  • The first instalment of 50% must be paid by the 31st October or 14 days after the date of the invoice, whichever is the latest, and the second instalment should be paid by 31st January.
  • The students deposit will automatically be deducted from the 1st instalment of 50%
  • If you prefer, you can make payment towards your fees before the due date.
Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE)
  • The student will be emailed an invoice within the first two weeks of December. They will also then be able to view and print their invoice by clicking on the "fees page" on their university student records portal
  • No payment of fees is required ahead of or on enrolment.
  • The student must make payment in full by the 31st January
  • If you prefer, you can make payment towards your fees before the due date.
Mid Sessional Starters
  • The fees will be due in two equal instalments.
  • The first instalment of 50% must be settled 14 days of the invoice date and the second instalment 3 months later.
  • The students deposit will automatically be deducted from the 1st instalment of 50%
  • If you prefer, you can make payment towards your fees before the due date.
Students registered on course with the King's Foundation
  • The students deposit will be deducted from the invoice
  • The balance payable in full by 31st October.

King's Online Managed Distance Learning Programmes
  • The invoice for the students next module will be issued by email to their college account on the first teaching day of each module.
  • They will also then be able to view and print their invoice by clicking on the "fees page" on their university student records portal
  • The student must ensure that payment is received in full by the university within 6 calendar days of the invoice date.
Non-Award Short Credit Bearing Courses
  • Payment must be made to the university in full up front before the student is permitted to enrol.
  • The preferred method of payment is by credit or debit card through the college online payment site www.kcl.ac.uk/feepay

 

 

Residence Fee Due Dates for 2019/20

The information below relates to fees for the following residences ONLY;

Atlas House, Angel Lane, Champion Hill, Chapter Lewisham, East Central House, Great Dover Street Apartments, Julian Markham House, Moonraker Point, Quantum Court, Stamford Street Apartments, Stratford One, Tower Bridge, Vauxhall, Wolfson House

  • Once the invoice is generated the student will be sent an email to their college email to let them know.
  • The invoices are normally generated within the first week of October
  • The student will then be able to view and print their invoice by clicking on the "fees page" on their university student records portal

 

Payment of each instalment is required  by the start of each term, on or before the dates set out below;

●  1st Term –                             25th October

●  2nd Term –                          25th January

●  3rd Term –                           5th May

  Summer Extension -           24th June

 

The amount to pay for each term is not equal. It is calculated by the number of weeks in the term

Term 1       14/Sept/2019 - 04/Jan/2020  16 Weeks

Term 2       04/Jan/2020 - 11Apr/2020     14 Weeks

Term 3       11/Apr/2020 - 20/Jun/2020    10 Weeks

Term 4       20/Jun/2020 - 15/Aug/2020    8 Weeks
