***As things stand, the Dean's Office & Chaplaincy team are working remotely and are available via email.

  • Chaplaincies are open for pre-arranged 1:1 appointments with a Chaplain only
  • The College Chapel is open to King's staff and students only for private prayer
  • The Chapel of Thomas Guy is open for private prayer
  • Quiet Rooms remain closed until further notice
  • Muslim Prayer Rooms remain closed but are being readied for King’s staff and students to access for private prayer soon

The Chaplaincy team organises many events throughout the academic year to which all King's staff and students are welcome.  You can find out more about regular events on each Campus by following the links on the left. 

London life & personal events

Exploring religious identity & places of worship in London

If you are new to London, the Chaplaincy is able to help you find a place of worship and a community to belong to. We also arrange various trips to explore some of the many places of interest that London has to offer, giving you a chance to learn more about many of the faith communities in the capital. 

Vocations Group

The Vocations Group is open to all King's staff and students who are looking to explore where God may be leading them in their lives.

Baptism, Confirmation and exploring Christian Faith

If you are considering Baptism and/or Confirmation or would like to learn more about Christian faith, please contact any of the Chaplains on the campus that is most appropriate.

Weddings, Funerals and Memorial Services

Services can be arranged for King's students and staff in either of the College Chapels.

Cathedral & Abbey Tours and Retreats

The Chaplaincy arranges regular Cathedral & Abbey tours as well as retreats.

WEDNESDAYS - UNLOCKING THE MYSTERIES OF THE BIBLE

8 week course - starts Wednesday 14 October 

This online Bible study course provides an excellent introduction and overview of Scripture from a Catholic perspective. Salvation history is covered briefly from Genesis through to the Resurrection of Christ and the establishment of the Church, giving participants the “big picture” of the Bible. This course is perfect for those who are new to Bible study.

Sessions will be led by Laurence, our Catholic Chaplain at the Guy's Campus. For more information or to sign up for the introductory session taking place on Wed 14th October at 6pm, please email Laurence.
