Tuesday 3 November - 'ME' SEARCH RESEARCH SESSION

Researching ourselves in the hope of building resilience and to become more self-aware and self-affirming.

Looking at our ideas of success and redefining what that means.

Changing the focus from external measures (such as internships, exam results, money) to including internal values and characteristics (such as bravery, joy, service, courage) resulting in creating an ‘internal resume’.
