This year’s one-day conference organised by the School of Education, Community and Society, King’s College London and LISS DTP pathway 6, will be held on Saturday 5 March 2022.

The theme of the conference is Transformation; sessions will cover this term broadly, including but not limited to:

  1. Reflexivity and Transformation as a Researcher.
  2. Navigating Research in a Changing World.
  3. The role of research in transforming current societal, educational and political systems.

The conference is an opportunity for PhD students, and other early career researchers (eg Masters and post-doctorates) from Kings and the LISS DTP, to connect and share research in a supportive atmosphere.

The conference will be offered in a hybrid format; there will be teas, coffees, food and beverages throughout the day for those joining in person in Bush House.

The schedule of the day is planned as follows:

11.45am – Registrations

12.00pm – Opening Keynote

12.30-1.30pm – Talks and presentations

1.30-2.15pm – Lunch

2.15-3.45pm – Talks and workshops

3.45-3.55pm – Short break

3.55pm – Closing Keynote

4.30-5.00pm – Networking over beverages and snacks
