Join Political Scientist Professor Rosie Campbell and Occupational Psychologist Dr Madeleine Wyatt as they discuss leadership in politics and business, the relationship between gender and leadership, and whether women really are better leaders than men.

Rosie and Madeleine will be discussing:

  • Different leadership styles
  • Global challenges and how gender can exacerbate or remedy these problems
  • Gender and leadership within business, and how organisations can learn from the study of political leaders
  • Challenges of traditional masculinity within the workplace and globally

This will be an interactive session, Rosie and Madeleine will be happy to answer your questions and are keen to hear your thoughts and personal experiences.
