This research networking event, hosted by the King's Climate Hub, at the Royal Geographical Society is an opportunity to reconnect in person with colleagues and meet others involved in climate research across different King’s faculties, to build a better-connected, more visible research and engagement network in the run-up to COP26.

There will be a panel discussion about the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report (AR6) and COP26 with:

  • Prof Mark Pelling (Resilience Challenge Lead, UKRI Global Challenges Research Fund; Coordinating Lead Author, IPCC AR6 Working Group II and Special Report on Managing the Risks of Extreme Events and Disasters to Advance Climate Change Adaptation; Lead Author, Fifth Assessment Report).
