Strand Building, Strand Campus, London

01MayMastering the challenge of ESG a roadmap for SMEs on 1 May 2024 at 12:00

You are invited to join King’s College London (Law School and Business School) and ESG Experts Ltd for a complimentary half-day event offering essential insights and practical guidance for SMEs tackling the challenges of implementing ESG.

As an SME, environmental, social and governance issues (ESG) are undoubtedly on your radar. Whether through customer requests, bids & tenders, from your supply chain, your employees, or in the media, the buzz around ESG is hard to ignore.

While recent ESG legislation and reporting obligations may not directly impact most SMEs and can seem like a distraction from the daily running of your business, ignoring indirect effects may result in lost opportunities if you can’t respond to questions about your carbon emissions or your impact on society.

The event will feature speakers from business and academia, as well as experts in developing ESG strategy for companies. Attendees can engage in sessions with opportunities for questions, group discussion, and case studies presented by fellow SMEs.

You will leave with more knowledge and tools to craft a more strategic ESG approach for your company; including how to provide the right information and data, and unlock the benefits of being a sustainable company.

Who should attend? anyone grappling with developing an SME-appropriate approach to ESG.

Following the event, King's College will develop an SME-roadmap for successful integration of ESG including insights gained on the day.

This free event is delivered by King’s College in partnership with ESG Experts Ltd, Jo Goddard and Isabel Kelly. Registrations and attendance data will be shared with both organisations.
