A trained Kings Sport Coach will bring energy to your day so you can stay positive in mind and body. Sessions are 10-15 minutes long, no experience or equipment is needed and you can sign up as many times as you wish.

Session descriptions: 

Pulse Raiser – Would you like to get you up and out of your chair to get the blood moving before you sit for the next hour? In which case a KS Pulse raiser is for you. All you will need to do is stand up in front of your desk and let our coach take you through a range of mobility and easy movements to raise your heart rate and loosen up those joints.

Mindfulness – Need something to help you focus and centre your mind before you tackle your day? Have you been meaning to practice some mindfulness but don’t know where to begin? Our mindfulness coach Vuong can take you through either a 5-minute or 10-minute session to clear your mind and focus on looking after yourself before you do anything else.

Seated Stretch – Feeling a bit of lower back and neck pain from spending too much time in front of your computer? You’re in need of a simple stretch session to reduce the strain on your postural muscles. A coach can take you through some basic stretches for you to practice from the luxury of your home to reduce tension and pain.

Positive Affirmations – The power of positive thinking has advantages including feeling less stressed, better overall physical and emotional health, a longer life span and better coping skills. Beginning with a ‘Thought of the Day’ to engage everyone in your meeting, to doing a mantra of positive words, affirmations, and quotes to ensure that positivity is felt by everyone! Lastly, we will finish with 3 small goals which can be achieved easily in your day to ensure that extra sense of accomplishment.

Mindful movement – This energizer offers you the chance to reduce stress and explore your inner calm. When performed at a gentle pace, these simple exercises will promote a greater level of self-awareness that can be carried out throughout your day. Many of the movements will be suitable for those experiencing any injuries and/or pain.
