At Kings Sport & Wellness, we are dedicated to delivering a range of opportunities to our gym members that cater to all levels of experience and all types of personal goals.

Introducing Quiet Time

To coincide with Disability History Month, King’s Sport Wellness will be introducing Quiet Time in our gyms.
We recognise that gyms can be intimidating or overwhelming places and we want everyone to feel welcome. Therefore, Quiet Time will be a time of the week where we turn the music down, making the gym a more accessible space, and helping you achieve your personal best.

Strand: Thursday 15:00-16:00
London Bridge: Wednesday 15:00-16:00

First time in the gym or just need to know the basics of how to use our equipment and machines?

Inductions are free and last around 30 minutes. They will give you all the information you need to get started within our gyms, and what you can take advantage of within your gym experience. If you’re a King’s student or staff member we’ll also talk you through the other areas of the department you can get involved in from King’s Move to BeActive.

You can book by calling any of the gyms or emailing, and we can book you in at reception.

Have a goal in mind or training for an event?

Book in with one of our expert Gym Coaches to talk through your goals and set a programme to get you on the right track. Programmes can last from 4 to 6 weeks when you’ll be able to re-book with your coach to review your programme, your progress and what we can do to support you next. Programmes are free for all our gym members.

To meet one of our coaches and start your programme, you can sign up below or email, and we can book you in at reception.
