Follow our fitness pathway to your personal best with a free six-week programme
Book in a programme with one of our qualified gym coaches to set you on the right path to reach your individual best. Whether that be fitness for fun, injury prevention, stress relief, strength building, cardiovascular fitness, or something else. The coach will guide you through a one-hour gym session built around your experience, needs and interests. They will then design a six-week programme for you to complete.
This programme is free for all gym members and can be booked once a term. To sign up for this please book online or at the gym reception.
