King's Sport & Wellness Gyms provide a diverse range of over 100 classes for all levels across our sites, led by our team of inspiring coaches who are dedicated to making fitness fun.

If you are a member, you can book your classes using the widget below once you have activated your account.

If you are not a member, you can book a one-off class below and complete your payment online.

The Strand and London Bridge Gyms will be open from 10:00 - 18:00 and there will be a reduced timetable on these days.

FAQs

Classes are free for all King's Sport Gym members. Please note that peak and off-peak membership timings apply to bookings and, therefore will affect which classes you can attend. Please refer back to our membership page to find out about these times.

If you are not a member, you can get a Class or Day pass for £6. Purchase a day pass here.

Yes, all classes must be booked to secure your place. Classes can be booked up to 3 days in advance.

You can book onto classes by using the booking widget above, or at reception with a member of staff. If you don't have an account, you can also register your account using the booking widget.

Yes, you can cancel online or in-person at reception; this must be done at least 3 hours before the start of the class.

If the class is full, in some cases you will be able to book onto the waiting list. If a space becomes available before the class you will receive an email and will be asked to accept the booking.

If you’re trying to book online or at reception and the class is unavailable to book, this is because the class is fully booked (including the waiting list capacity).

You must register your attendance to the class by either:

  • Tapping your membership card on the card reader at the studio door (Strand or gym entrance turnstile (London Bridge).
  • OR

  • Manually registering your attendance with a member of staff at the reception desk.

Failure to show up for a class will result in you receiving a warning email, if you receive two warning emails in one month a sanction will be placed on your account. You will not be able to book into classes online for 30 days, however you can still book in person at reception a maximum of 3 days before the class. Three missed classes in one month means you cannot book at all for 30 days.

Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes early to your exercise class. If you are late for an exercise class you will not be allowed to participate, and your space will be offered to a customer on the waiting list.
