Timetables

Classes are free for all King's Sport & Wellness Gym members.

If you are not a member, you can get a Class pass for £6 for King's Student & Staff & £8 for the wider community and externals.

Yes, all classes must be booked to secure your place. Classes can be booked up to 4 days in advance.

You can book onto classes up to 4 days in advance through the links the Timetables page on our website.

You can cancel class bookings through your account. Any payments will be automatically credited to your account if cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the start of the class.

If the class is full, in some cases you will be able to book onto the waiting list. If a space becomes available before the class you will receive an email and will be asked to accept the booking.

If you are unable to see or book the class online then it may unavailable for bookings due to a one-off cancellation, recent change in our class timetable, or there are no spaces available on either the booking or waiting lists. If you have missed classes then you may have a penalty on your account preventing you from booking further classes.

You must register your attendance for the class by tapping your card at the gym desk or studio door, or manually signing in with a member of staff at the gym desk. If you signed in but still received a penalty, please get in touch via email at kingssport@kcl.ac.uk.

Failure to show up for a booked class will result in a no-show mark being added to your account. Two no-show marks will result in your online booking rights being revoked for 1 month. Any class booking requests during this period must be made at the gym desk.

Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your exercise class. If you are late for an exercise class, you will not be allowed to participate, and your space will be offered to a customer on the waiting list.

our login details should be created when purchasing a membership using the email provided. If you do not know the password, or have had your membership manually added from our side (such as free halls memberships) you will need to perform a password reset to gain access to your account. Please check the junk/spam folder.
