Mary Baginsky, Michael Sheppard and Jill Manthorpe at a meeting in this series, 19 April 2016, in the Virginia Woolf Building at King's. Series meetings are now online only.

The focus of this seminar series is on social work research and education and how these relate to practice.

The seminars provide a platform for debate about the profession, social work roles, research and evidence. The series is convened by Dr Mary Baginsky and organised by Carl Purcell (both of the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce, King's College London). The first seminar in the series, led by Prof Marion Bogo (University of Toronto), took place in May 2015.

See below for upcoming seminars and a listing of seminars that have taken place since 2019.
