World Mental Health Day

To coincide with the launch of our new Sport & Wellness Centre, we'll be hosting a day of events to mark World Mental Health Day on Monday, 10 October 2022.

Staff from Sport & Wellness, Student Wellbeing, Counselling and Mental Health and Careers will be on hand throughout the day hosting a several activities and workshops. 

You can join them at the Waterloo Campus to receive tips and guidance, attend workshops, and learn how to support your mental health throughout your studies.
