The Big 5 Lifts 

A compound lift is any exercise that engages two or more different joints to fully stimulate entire muscle groups. The benefit of these exercises is the systemic stress that they place on the body throughout the movement.

This means that you engage more muscle per lift. Come along to King’s Sport Waterloo Gym to learn how to do the big 5 compound lifts as well as any and all progressions, regressions and alternatives.

This session is with coach Jonny at Waterloo Gym.

This workshop is appropriate for all training levels. No experience required!

This session is an hour-long and is free to attend.
