To mark OD's Staff wellbeing month we're hosting a series of in-person and online events to help your wellbeing. 

This workshop, inspired by the book ‘Resilience’ by R. Hanson, aims to show you how to develop twelve vital inner strengths hardwired into your own brain.

Then no matter what life throws at you, you’ll be able to feel less stressed, pursue opportunities with confidence, and stay calm and centred in the face of adversity. (This is a blend of neuroscience, mindfulness and positive psychology).

This event is open to both King's Staff & Students.
