Francesca is also a personal trainer and group exercise instructor who specialises in high impact/energy classes. Francesca started her fitness journey in 2015 with her Level 2 Certificate in Group Exercise to Music and has over six years of experience in the industry.
Teaching a variety of group exercises programs ranging from Les Mills to indoor cycling, boxing and HIIT classes, her passion for group exercise classes is contagious! Francesca's energy is inspiring, and her classes are all about having fun whilst pushing it to the limit.
Alongside her career in the Health & Fitness industry, Francesca is also a Neuroscience graduate and she is currently completing a PhD in Psychology. Francesca’s PhD is investigating the effectiveness of an exercise intervention at improving symptoms of depression and anxiety in university students.
Her research interests are around the effects of physical activity on the brain and especially how exercise can impact our mental wellbeing.
