Biography
Henry supports the day-to-day administration of the Department of Mathematics, including finance, facilities, space, HR with responsibility for:
- Departmental purchasing and ordering stationery
- Departmental finances
- Arrangements for visitors
- Adding new Mathematics staff to the departmental accounts database and website
- Supporting the Senior Business Support Officer and Business Support Manager in departmental HR duties, such as interview organisation
- Organises meetings on behalf of the Head of Department
- Supports the Senior Business Support Officer and Business Support Manager in managing departmental space and facilities
- Providing diary support for the Head of Department
