Biography
As Head of Professional Recognition and Development at King’s Academy I am the Lead for the HEA Recognition programme and the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Teaching and Learning. Areas of expertise include Peer Reviews/Teaching Observations, Mentoring, Education Policy and Police Education and Training. I am the Faculty Liaision for the Dickson Poon School of Law. I am Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Honorary National Firearms Instructor awarded by the College of Policing.
