Biography
Sharon is a PhD student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences, King’s College London. After qualifying as a Veterinary Surgeon from the Royal Veterinary College London, Sharon spent many years working in mixed and Small animal Practice. In 2025 she completed a MSc in Nutrition at King’s college, London. She is currently Investigating the impact of Plant food on the Gut microbiome and Cardiometabolic health
