Biography
Tobias (he/him) is a PhD Candidate at King's College London and National University of Singapore. His current research focuses on India's foreign policy, cyber diplomacy, rising powers, and EU-/Germany-India relations. Before joining King's, Tobias studied political science, history, and international relations in Germany, India, and the United States. Interested in understanding political theories as much as policy implications, Tobias worked with the German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA), the Munich Security Conference (MSC), the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), among others.
