Biography
Vin Gardner joined the War Studies Department at King’s College London in January 2019 as a software engineering consultant. Vin leads on innovating new automated research methods and the integration of new technologies to the Centre for Science and Security Studies' (CSSS) research on sanctions, non-proliferation and nuclear safeguard issues.
Vin is a software developer and architect with more than 10 years of experience spanning the US, UK and Brazil. He has worked with a wide range of startups, agencies and corporations including: The Economist, Cancer Research UK, Time Inc, and Ci&T, and brands including Johnson & Johnson, Red Bull, Powder, Instyle and Kew Gardens.
He is a graduate of São Paulo State Faculty of Technology and an enthusiast of open-source technologies (such as Drupal) and machine learning. Vin speaks English and Portuguese.
