Biography

Zhong Chen is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Accounting and Finance at King’s College London. His research focuses on empirical corporate finance and corporate governance, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate social responsibility, corporate hedging, and payout policy.

His papers have been presented at conferences including ECCCS, American Accounting Association, Financial Management Association (FMA) International, FMA Europe, FMA Asia/Pacific, and have been published in Journal of Corporate Finance and European Financial Management.
