The group studies epigenomes of a number of different cell types derived either from patients or from control subjects. The objective of the research is to identify disease-specific epigenetic landscapes, the factors that drive reorganization, the enzymes that they utilize to achieve these functions and the transcriptional consequences of reorganization.
