What is the Continue at King's Bursary?

King’s College London is pleased to offer bursaries worth £5,000 to eligible students completing an undergraduate degree at King's in 2022 who wish to stay on to pursue a full time, campus-based taught master's degree course at King’s beginning in September 2022.

Am I eligible to apply?

In order to qualify for this bursary, applicants must:

- Have received their undergraduate degree from King’s College London

- Be graduating in 2022

- Be applying for a full time, campus-based taught master's degree course at King’s College London (with a September 2022 start date)

- Accept their offer by the deadline stipulated in their offer letter

- Have not already received a postgraduate degree

- Have Home fee status

- Have been recipients of the King’s Living Bursary or the King's Care Leaver and Estranged Bursary during the final year of their undergraduate degree (or in the case of medical / dental students, in their final non-NHS funded year).

When will the bursary be paid?

The discount will be applied in the form of credit on the applicant’s tuition fee account upon successful enrolment on their master's degree programme.

How do I apply?

Eligible applicants who have submitted an application for a master's degree at King's by Friday 25 March 2022 (23:59, UK time) are guaranteed to receive the bursary upon successful enrolment in September 2022.

No separate application for the bursary itself is required - eligible applicants will be identified and informed by the university via email prior to enrolment.

Terms and conditions

The bursary will be applied to successful applicants' tuition fee account in the form of credit, and will not be available in any other form (e.g. not against accommodation costs, or as a cash alternative). Payment is subject to continuing and satisfactory attendance on the course, and will be permanently terminated if the recipient withdraws, transfers to another institution, fails their programme of study, or interrupts or suspends their studies.

The discount can only be applied to courses starting in September 2022.
