Our Consumer Law postgraduate diploma enables students to learn the main principles of UK and EU consumer law and its diverse areas and particularities including unfair commercial practices and unfair contract terms. The course covers sector specific consumer protection rules (e.g. consumer protection in financial services) and teaches students to understand the differences between consumer law and competition law. The course format allows working professionals to gain a qualification from a Russell Group Law School while continuing their full-time career.
