Preparing for your course
You are not required to carry out any pre-reading at this stage. However, if you would like to do some pre-reading ahead of the course starting, we have made some suggestions below classed by the initial module(s) that you will be taking:
Module A (Foundations of Construction Law) – all MSc students
- Hanson, Kliem & Waters, Learning Legal Skills and Reasoning (5th ed) 2021, Taylor & Francis Group
Module D (Arbitration & Dispute Resolution) – 12-month full-time students only
- Redfern & Hunter on International Arbitration Student Version (7th ed) 2022, Oxford University Press
