Overview

Melbourne, Australia

In partnership with The University of Melbourne (ranked top law school in Australia), the 4-year programme offers students the opportunity to learn both the English and Australian legal systems and to gain two degrees - a LLB qualification and a Juris Doctor from Melbourne Law School. Students spend years 1 & 2 at King’s College London and years 3 & 4 at the University of Melbourne. The programme provides a challenging bi-juridical education and is designed for students who seek to practise Law in England or Wales and wish to obtain an in-depth knowledge of Australian Law, or equally, those who are looking to practise in Australia and the ASPAC region.

International students are normally eligible for a UK Student visa for the first two years of study only, i.e. for the UK-based study period only. Students on this programme are not eligible for the UK Graduate visa. International students are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that their study programme meets their visa requirements both during and after the programme.
