Congratulations on your offer to study one of our bioscience degrees at King’s College London! We're thrilled to welcome you and look forward to you joining our community.
As you may know, your chosen course is one of these seven courses with the same first year:
This "common year one", as it's known, allows you to explore a variety of bioscience disciplines, giving you the flexibility to switch to another one of these seven courses after your first year.
This is your main hub where you'll find useful tips and information to help you prepare for your studies and get a feel for your course. There are also ways you can keep connected including chatting to both staff and students via the Unibuddy platform.
Keep an eye out for details of offer holder events this spring. We have an on-campus event on Saturday 9 May, so please do join if you can. Alternatively there will be opportunities to join online events. You will receive emails about all of these closer to the time!
During your first year, you will cover the core bioscience disciplines. As you are introduced to new fields of study, your academic interests and career aims may change or develop - You can read more about the curriculum here.
