Health research to tackle Coronavirus

From developing novel diagnostics and therapeutics, dissecting the immune response to the virus and analysing data from a Symptom Tracker app, our health faculties are working rapidly to gain insight and solutions to fight the virus. Alongside research, our staff and students are supporting the NHS's response, with clinical academics volunteering and our community of newly graduated medical students and final year nursing students contributing where they can. We are also supporting workforce training through our simulation centre, including in the field of critical care for registered nurses.
