The Physics at the nanoscale series covers research subjects from Bio-, Nano-, X-ray photonics up to Computational Modelling. This series is held weekly on Wednesdays in the School Meeting Room SB7.06 from 2:00 pm. For info, please contact alexey.krasavin@kcl.ac.uk

The Theoretical Particle Physics & Cosmology series covers research subjects from the fundamental aspects of String Theory up to dark energy and dark matter and the physics of the early universe. The Maxwell Society organises a series of lectures (ML) on topical scientific issues. ML are aimed at a general audience and all are welcome to attend, especially those from the other London universities. The ML are held weekly on Mondays in Room K2.31 (2C), Main Building, Strand Campus, from 2:00pm. For info, please contact  alan.michette@kcl.ac.uk

As part of their training, postgrad students organise a Post Grad

seminar series, held weekly on Mondays in SB7.06 from 18:00pm. The seminar is followed by a coffee/tea. The format is 10-15 minutes plus 5-10 minutes of discussion. All staff members and PhD students are strongly encouraged to attend.
