PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION WITH YOU TO ENROLMENT:
- PERMIT TO ENROL (Green form)
Please check the pre-printed information on the enclosed Permit to Enrol carefully, making any amendments oradditions necessary, as instructed on the form and the accompanying Notes for Guidance. Please remember to sign and date the form. - ORIGINAL LETTER FROM YOUR FEE SPONSOR (if applicable)
If you are a non self-financing student, you should provide details of your fee sponsor on the Permit to Enrol. At enrolment, you will be required to produce an original letter from your fee sponsor confirming their agreement to pay your tuition fees. - OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION
All students must show official photographic identification at enrolment. Suitable forms of identification are your passport or driving licence. You will not be permitted to enrol if you do not have any official identification. - OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION CERTIFYING ANY CHANGE OF NAME
If the name in which you made your application is different to that which appears on your degree certificates or if you wish to enrol in a different name, you must produce official documentation confirming your change of name at enrolment.
