Research & Impact

Our research

Our research builds on the outstanding legacy of public health, general practice, epidemiology and statistical research at King’s. It encompasses analytics (broadly defined as the discovery and interpretation of meaningful patterns in data) and applied research (broadly using analytics to propose and evaluate new solutions to societal health problems).

This informs our approach to developing and conducting research that addresses major questions such as long-term conditions, multiple morbidity and environmental impacts on health.

We are forging new connections between pure, social and data science to advance our understanding of disease and improve health and care for patients and populations.
