The Estates Committee, chaired by an independent member of the Council, takes the lead in the formulation and review of the University’s estates strategy. Its responsibilities include:

  • considering the priorities for the development and improvement of the estate
  • making recommendations in relation to proposals for the acquisition and disposal of any part of the estate, and
  • keeping under review the allocation of space across the university.
