King's Speak
King's has a language all of its own. It's the standard and technical terms, the acronyms, place names and other vocabulary that are used around the university for work and study. King's Speak captures and clarifies some of this language by documenting a range of key vocabularies.

King's Speak aims to support communication and collaboration. It provides a central resource and reference tool for university students and staff, and particularly those who are new to King’s.
How can I help King's Speak?
We need your help in identifying new acronyms for inclusion on our lists. These must be King's related but can be from any area of university life. Examples might include:
- New teams and departments
- Institutes and Centre
- Major projects
- Committees
- Research groups
- Research funders or collaborators
