Arts & Humanities subjects rank highly in the Good University Guide 2018

The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2018 has placed King's College London's French, English, History and Music departments among the top in the country.
King's is London's best university at which to study French, ranking at seventh in the country, while English at King's is second in London and 11th in the UK.
History at King's is also number two in London and 12th in the UK, while Music is fourth in London and 20th in the UK.
Excellent career prospects
This year's Good University Guide also explores how arts and humanities graduates remain sought after by employers, as they remain 'a solid founding for the many graduate jobs that are not discipline-specific'.
In particular, the Guide notes, degrees related to the creative industries 'can be a passport for a prosperous career', while Iberian languages are in the top 20 subjects for graduate salaries.
