The Art of Hegel's Aesthetics conference: video now online

On 8–10th June 2016, the Centre for Hellenic Studies hosted a large international conference on ’The art of Hegel’s Aesthetics: Hegelian philosophy and the perspectives of art history’. The event was organised by King’s College London in collaboration with the Internationales Kolleg Morphomata (Universität zu Köln) and the New School for Social Research (New York).

Below is a video of the conference’s opening.

The thinking behind the conference – and details of its programme can be found here.

A book based on the conference will be published in 2017 (with W. Fink Verlag, edited by Paul Kottman and Michael Squire).
