Congratulations to PhD student Dr Milena Kozic

We are delighted to report that CMCI postgraduate research student Milena Kozic was awarded her PhD recently with no corrections. Milena was supervised by Professor Rosalind Gill and  Dr Louise Lee now at Roehampton University. Her thesis was entitled "Notes about Nothing: Seinfeld and the Affect Machine".
Her examiners agreed that it was a dazzling and brilliant analysis of humour, play and unwanted laughter in the 1990's sitcom Seinfeld, which made a major – and publishable- contribution to the field.
