Salman Pirmohamed wins KCL heat of student Dental Skills Competition

Congratulations to Salman Pirmohamed, KCL DI winner of the Dental Sills Competition 2015 - 2016.  The Royal College of Surgeons in partnership with DENTSPLY launched the competition across the country and King's College London held their heats late September.

During the heats, final year dental students showcased their clinical skills. Salman has won a travel and accommodation package to compete in the Grand Final in Edinburgh on 10 March 2016. At the final, the top 16 students from across the UK will be tasked to undertake a broad range of clinical procedures before determining who will be crowned the overall winner at the Competition’s Grand Final Dinner.

As well as prizes being awarded to the winner and runner-ups, all participants of the competition will receive a certificate of partcipation, as well as a year’s affiliation to the RCSEd’s Pre-Membership Dental Affiliate Network. 

The Grand Final winner will receive an expenses paid trip to one of DENTSPLY's Endodontic Academicy "A-Z of Endo" events in Ballaigues, Switzerland.
