Do you spit after brushing your teeth?

What if I told you that you've been doing it wrong the whole time! It’s hard to believe but many people still rinse their mouth with water immediately after brushing their teeth. Dentist Dilemmas has teamed up with KCL rap soc to create this short video to explain why it's not a good idea to rinse with water.
